Dr. Reid is a graduate of Whitman College; he also received a Master of Divinity from Pacific School of Religion in 1984 and a Doctor of Ministry in Preaching from Chicago Theological Seminary in 2001.  He served churches in Portland, Oregon, and Ft. Morgan, Colorado, before becoming pastor of Hilltop United Church of Christ in 2006.  Dr. Reid loves the challenge of preaching sermons that relate the Word of God in the Bible to life today.  He also leads Hilltop in dynamic mission to the community, the state and beyond.

Joyce Asmus, Music Director

Joyce is a graduate of Colorado State University.  She has served as Music Director of Hilltop United Church of Christ since 1994.  Joyce works with a team to plan engaging worship experiences that include different styles of music.  She also leads a high quality choir that enriches worship every Sunday during the school year.

Denise Mann, Lay Leader/Moderator

Denise is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a BS in Education.  She is employed as a manager with Wells Fargo Bank.  Denise has been a member of Hilltop United Church of Christ since 2001. In her role as Moderator, she is passionately committed to seeing that Hilltop thrives as it serves the community, the state and beyond. 

Angie Law, Youth Leader

Angie is a native of Waterloo, Illinois, where she grew up in a large United Church of Christ congregation.  She continued to be active in the church as a young adult and gained experience working with children and youth.  After moving to Parker, she continued to work with young people in Scouting.  Angie is an enthusiastic and energetic leader for Hilltop’s middle school and high school age young people.
